Our home service plans are designed to protect your family and your largest investment, your home. The plans provide protection from a variety of insects, mice, and rats.
STANDARD PLAN
One time treatment for control of one specific pest
CLASSIC PLAN
General pests, mice, rats, and carpenter ant control
TERMAPLUS
General pests, rodents, carpenter ants, and termite monitoring and termite control.
COMMERCIAL SERVICES
Delsea offers multiple services to fit the needs of small and large business accounts. Early morning, mid-day, and night service scheduling is available. Service frequency can range from weekly to monthly visits.
Being a business as well, we understand the importance of having good business relationships with our clients. Our business accounts satisfaction is very important to us, and we will work to achieve your business's satisfaction the best way we can.
* All service plans provide for treatment only. All warranties specifically exclude liability for any damage caused by insects prior to or after treatment.Our one time treatment usually is accompanied by a 60 day warranty. We specifically diagnose the infestation of the single pest and treat the property accordingly.
A perimeter treatment of the exterior will be performed for all insect infestations. Particular attention is given to entranceways, windows on the first level, corner stud assembles, cracks and crevices in the foundation, and mulch beds adjacent to the foundation. We may also use granular spreading and baits as needed.
Interior treatment will be performed as needed with baits, gels, spot treatments, and crack and crevice treatments in problem areas.
*This plan excludes wood destroying insects.

The Classic Plan is an ongoing program designed to prevent nesting of insects within your structure. Three seasonal services per year will be performed with unlimited callbacks.
