Every 3 months I get a call from Pat, who is wonderful to talk to, and she lets me know what time Danny will be at my house the next day. Danny is always on time, extremely polite, very professional, and great to talk to. He's also fast and thorough, and I virtually never have issues with cave crickets (ugh; nasty little things!) anymore. Of note, I've even had a chance to speak with Todd, the vice president, who is every bit as professional, warm, helpful, and friendly as the rest of the staff.
